TEE BALL LEAGUE |

The Apaches first game of the year
was a thriller. The game started out in the rain, the balls wet and
slippery but the plays were hot and wild. The Apaches were the home
team and took the field first, on the mound was Alexa Mazzola who
made five great plays on ground balls hit up the middle. Playing
second base was G Anderson who was charging the balls like bulls
charge red capes. The sun come out in the third inning and that's
when our hitters came alive. Going three for four was Chris Bond
who would have been four for four if not for the muddy base line
down first. Ben Praet, one of the newest Apache, hit the ball with
power and determination beating out two ground balls to the short
stop. What started out has a wet day end in a very hot tie, keeping
the Apache's non losing streak in tat for the pass twenty one
years. The coaches also did a great job on the bases, with the
batters, in the field on defense and most important in the dugout,
making my job one of the best in all of baseball. Coach Sal says
Thanks!!!!!
